The farce at West Ham has reached another level as they are publicly forced to back Grant.
While most people admit that Grant has been treated shabbily, the fact that the board does not sack him now shows that they do not have a clue what they are doing.
What if West Ham lose their next two games ? Is Grant sackable again?
Karen Brady is reported to have announced some players that O'Neil will be taking over on Saturday and I think the West Ham board must be very embarassed by her.
